My appointment was changed to another day with another doctor I accepted that and I received an email that a new appointment was created but no further follow-up information on how to connect or meet up with the new practitioner.

Dr. Okafor was very friendly and personable. Made me comfortable right away. She was interested in my concerns and came up right away with a plan. She uses both holistic and medical approaches and is very conservative. Treatment plan start out conservatively and she leaves plenty of room for adjustment depending on how the visits go. She seems very familiar with treatment for insomnia. Just getting started, so we'll see how I progresss

Dr. O seems to know a lot about her field and is very passionate- which is great if you really want help and are willing to work together to feel better.
This was a virtual visit but I felt seen and heard which was a great experience and having a roadmap for treatment really feels like take control of my mental health.
Maxine was absolutely incredible! She explained things in such a clear and concise way that I have never had before. She didn’t just diagnose me and send me on my way. She fully made sure I understood what she was thinking and gathering from the responses that I gave to her questions. I really felt understood and supported and I’m so excited to be on this journey with her! I would recommend her to anyone as well as the perfect prescription clinic.

Have you ever heard of a Doctor calling you to make sure you canceled your appointment so that way you didn't get charged? Neither have I, except for today. I booked Dr. O hoping to set up primary care, this was not something that she at this time is able to provide so we said goodbye. As I was struggling to cancel my appointment Dr. O calls to make sure I was able to cancel because it didn't show that I did on her side. What? Hold up, for a Dr to call you and to help you save money when you are not their patintent, is that even a thing? I was so shocked by this and was willing to just see what she might be able to assist with. After communicating with her I believe it was divine intervention because she is exactly what I needed. She made me feel validated, heard, and was able to provide encouragement that lead me to feel HOPE. Hope that I actually might be able to have a "Normal" life. Thank you Dr. O
