My eqperience with Queen was excellent. It was our first meeting but she built rapport with me quickly, she was a great listener with compasion, put me at ease during a time when I didn't know what to expect. She understood where I was coming from and she was able to expain back to me my situation in clinical terms. Queen gave me different managable options. She completely demistified my perception of my general knowledge and I walked away very satisfied and with another appointment. Queen is definitely a patient advocate and I would recommend her any time.
