Dr. Dudrey is a good listener. He made a lot of good suggestions to make my illness more manageable. He’s very knowledgeable. He encouraged me to ask questions and he had answers for them. He is a lot better communicator compared to my previous doctors.

I chose this doctor because of her good reviews. Maybe she had an off day, but my visit was useless and upsetting. Save yourself time and money and go directly to a specialist or less expensive telemedicine route.
I went in for an annual physical and had a question/concern. For the physical, all they did was take vitals which are standard for any visit, with no actual physical checkup. They charged insurance for it though!
When I brought up my health concern, I barely muttered the first sentence, she rushed into proposing over-the-counter meds to relieve my symptoms. I could not believe it, how about investigating what may be causing this issue first? When I was able to get my 3 cents in, I asked for tests, she agreed. And I was charged for the 2nd appointment. I could have just asked for tests via a less expensive telemedicine...
Then another charge for talking on the phone about my results and her telling me to go see a specialist.
What was the point of me going to see this doctor? Just to get tests and be referred to a specialist? And get charged for 3 appointments? FYI, a phone appointment costs the same as in person.

Kind doctor with a good bedside manner who appears to mean well, but overall has not been helpful and was dismissive of my concerns. When I followed her advice she turned around and criticized me for taking the steps I did when I was simply following her advice.

She was very thoughtful and asked plenty of questions about my symptoms. This made me feel like she really cared and was invested in diagnosing me correctly. She also presented me with a variety of options for treatment and make a recommendation about which ones would probably be best for me.
