The Rubino OB/GYN Group of Northern NJ offers the most advanced, non-invasive solutions to women’s health care in a welcoming and patient-centered environment. Our board-certified, highly credentialed and experienced physicians are specially trained to perform the latest, most sophisticated procedures to treat your health care issues. Our staff includes one of the only female, board-certified Urogynecologists in NJ, specializing in bladder and pelvic support solutions.
We differentiate ourselves from other practices by believing that women do not have to “live with” menstrual pain, heavy bleeding, painful periods and urinary tract problems. Our doctors are early adapters of new technology and protocols, such as the Her Option® Cryoablation Therapy, Essure® sterilization procedure, MyoSure® to remove uterine fibroids and a Pelvic Floor Therapy Program, all in the comfort of our offices.

Office I went too is on the same campus as the hospital. Parking and figuring out where to go had its challenges but once I got to the doc office, it was clean and the staff was friendly. Overall the visit went well and the doctor and nurse was really nice.

Though this is my least favorite appointment of the year this was actually bareable. Dr Abeshaus was extremely quick with everything but also took the time to go over my medical history and the questions I had about the future. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I have been a patient of the Rubino practice for years, but at a different location. I switched to this doctor last year and that visit wasn't very pleasant. She was late/rushed and didn't even seem to know anything about my history. She was recommending tests that I just had and it just was very disappointing. I mentioned wanting birth control and she ignored that. I just thought maybe it was a bad day for her. Fast forward to this year, I decided I'd try again for my annual. She again, thought I was a brand new patient. I explained that I have many records in system and that I saw her before. She looked at me blankly. I filled out the incontinence survey that she wanted, but she didn't even discuss it with me. No birth control discussion. Nothing at all. I just feel like she doesn't care at all.

Dr. Abeshaus is an excellent doctor. She gives you time to address all of your concerns and then answers all of your questions. I have never felt rushed or left the office without an issue being addressed. I was seen right away. The office was clean and her staff was very pleasant and professional.

Dr. Lisa is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. However, getting to the office was challenging. There is a fee for parking, even when validated (this only allows for a discount). The young lady who took my vitals was very friendly and professional. Dr. Lisa takes her time, listens to questions/concerns. I might look into a different professional due to the parking hassle.
