I would describe my experience as stress free and accommodating. So far Agnes is making my process feel easy, personal and comfortable. It does not feel like just another clinical appointment!
Virtual Fexibility this is important to me. Being able to hop on a Zoom or another type of virtual meeting platform means I don't have to stress about commuting or missing time at my job.

I didn't like that she listened partially then once she cut in and asked me if I was taking any Rx, I told her no she shifted gears to referring me to another Dr. then ended the session. We spoke for less then 30 minutes.

My prior provider had retired after a year's long relationship with him, and I was anxious about seeing someone new who didn't know much about me and my needs. However, Agnes put my mind at ease in the first few minutes of our appointment. She sincerely listened to me and my concerns, answered my questions and was professional and easy to talk to. when I was initially supposed to have my appointment, she took 15 minutes to answer the telehealth call. I had to call her and she proceeded to tell me that she was on the phone with another client and she had forgotten about my appointment then as I got on the telehealth call with her, she was still on the phone with her previous client and she did not meet herself. I want to emphasize the point. She did not mute herself, so I heard the conversation between her client and herand on top of that there was no background questions no questionnaire no anything. she asked me a few questions about how I feel how I sleep and she prescribed me two medications based off that. ?

She is absolutely incredible.. I SERIOUSLY feel like she was the first doctor that has actually listened to me in such a long long time. I’m actually in tears writing this because I am just so unbelievably happy that I found someone that truly listens & I can tell that she really cares. I did have another doctors appointment scheduled on this platform just in case but I do NOT want to see anyone but her. She’s amazing.

Very smart and helpful provider so far…she really knows how to speak to her patients and I feel like she genuinely listened to my concerns.Not to mention she was able to book an appointment for me as soon as she could(which generally doesn’t mean anytime soon) and true to her word I had an appointment within a week! Any patient would be very lucky to get a doctor like this one
