Dr. Jyoti Shah graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1998. She has been serving patients of all age groups in central Indiana since 1999. Dr. Shah's philosophy is that patients deserve customer intimacy combined with the latest dental technologies. Her refreshing personality helps put you at ease and feel comfortable when visiting the dentist As a mother of three, she knows just how to interact with children. Dr. Shah's previous experience in providing dental care for nursing home patients throughout the state of Indiana has taught her how to better serve the senior community as well. Dr. Shah is a member of the American Dental Association, the Indiana Dental Association. In her spare time, Dr. Shah enjoys oil painting, cooking, gardening, interior decorating, travelling, and scrabble.

Everyone at the office was incredibly nice and great at communicating! Dr. Shah was awesome at explaining everything to me and showing me the issues with my teeth. I will definitely be going to her from now on.

Dr. Shah was detailed in her explanation of what dental care I would need, she gave me options for my treatment and is working with my insurance to get the best rate possible. I definitely recommend her, I had a really good experience at this office!

This provider was great! She explained to me what was wrong with my teeth and made me feel comfortable with asking questions about the treatment plan that she set up. This provider is very educated and explained in detail what I could do better to improve my oral hygiene and what she could provide me to reverse the issues I had going on with my mouth.
Overall experience when it comes to treatment, is very good however due to the setup of the office it’s not much privacy for your visit as other patients can over here your information.

The staff was friendly from start to finish. They explained everything in great detail and made me feel heard and understood before I left the office.

There were quite a few things that made this first time experience unpleasant for me and my children 1.) I was NOT toltolhead of time that parents are not allowed back with their children (Even if the adult will also be receiving services!) 2.) The Doctor did NOT introduce herself! (VERY STRANGE AND OFF-PUTTING TO ME!) 3.) We were not welcomed as new patients. 4.) I was NOT told ahead of time that we needed x-rays sent over from previous dentist'S imaging years ago prior to getting teeth cleaned! I DID NOT GET MY TEETH CLEANED EVEN AFTER THEY TOOK 4 BITEWING IMAGES TO CHECK FOR CAVITIES! 5.) THE DOCTOR WENT ON A TANGENT SAYING THAT IF I DIDN'T TRUST HER THEN SHE WASN'T THE RIGHT DENTIST BECAUSE SHE DOESN'T ALLOW PARENTS BACK THERE SINCE ITS TOO SMALL OF AN OFFICE AND A DISTRACTION FOR HER! THIS CAME OUT OF NOWHERE! I TOLD HER THAT EXPECTATIONS NEEDED TO BE SET AHEAD OF TIME SINCE WE ARE NEW PATIENTS AND FOUND HER ONLINE! 6.) THERE IS PLENTY MORE FOR THIS REVIEW BUT NOT ENOUGH SPACE!

I have high anxiety when it comes to Dentist. Dr. Shah made me feel comfortable, welcomed and cared about my current dental situation. Only thing that I would recommend is cleaning my face & mouth area after the appt. I left and got to my car and noticed I had a bunch of white spot all over my mouth and face...from the temp crown mixture. Thank goodness I had a mask on.

First things first, location was perfect, easy accessible and obviously clean. They are right on the ball with you hardly any wait time. Friendly from front desk to the awesome assistants. Dr. Shah explain thoroughly what treatments were needed and the necessary care that should be addressed. is needed. I hope to make this my permanent home. Dr. Shah and co. deserves more than 5 stars! 
This is a pretty bare bones operation with minimal separation between patients. You are simply separated by a filing cabinet. The woman who cleaned my teeth was incredibly kind and the staff was nice. The actual office was not up to my expectations and the main dr seemed very rushed
