It was a great client experience. Very warm and friendly receptionist & dental hygienist. Dr. Kim was very warm, friendly & engaging. I felt that my concerns were affirmed & clearly heard. I was particularly impressed with how he meticulously explained & provided a path forward dental care plan. Very comprehensive. He and his team were very relatable as well.

The Smile Center was great! It was my first time visiting. They sent forms that I filled out in advance via my mobile and answered all my questions about services not covered by my insurance. When I arrived, the office was very clean and there's a lobby restroom if you need it. The team is very friendly. I enjoyed working with Raquel, Andrea, and Dr. Michelle Sabin. They clearly explained every procedure along the way and made it a pleasant cleaning. I was in and out within an hour. I highly recommend visiting this dental practice based on my experience!

I am a new patient. The booking process was super easy. I'm not sure if it's because I am a new patient, but the insurance part was kind of wishy-washy, I paid out of pocket for a minor thing, but it is covered and so i'll be reimbursed. Not that big of a deal, but still something that I have to track.
The doctor was running around between patients and I'm not sure if it was a normal experience, or because (as they explained) the doctor was just back from vacation. Overall, everyone was very friendly, everything was explained to me when I asked questions, I would to re-evaluate whether or not this will be my long term dental office after another visit.

Dr. KIM gave me a bird's eye view on the financial aspects of it. The pro and cons. He listens to my concerns as well and gave an option to choose from for the services. DR. MICHELLE also did a great job. Professional, courteous and I didn't wait long...!

Dr. Kim was very thorough with his exam and explained the reason for my treatment plan. He also showed me a picture of my tooth that needed dental work. I like how he takes the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. I'm looking forward to getting my treatment done!
