ALL YOU NEED IS A PHONE OR A COMPUTER AND YOU CAN START SEEING SOMEONE IMMEDIATELY.***** As an NYU Adjunct Professor, I teach and train the newest generation of therapists to be the best at what they do. At The Soho Center, we are a group of hand-selected, rigorously trained, compassionate, evidence-based practitioners in NYC. I graduated from New York University with a BA in Psychology, an MA in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness and with a Certificate in Advanced Clinical Practice. Additionally I'm a trained CBT and EMDR Trauma Specialist and work with people who are struggling with Anxiety, Depression and relationship issues. Lastly, I'm a trained Organizational and Group Relations Consultant and work with people and organizations interested in learning how the intersectionality of their identities (Race, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, etc.) play a part in how they take up roles in relationships and organizations/groups. We work with all insurances to help you get quality care at an affordable price. We do all the billing so you don’t have to, and we will work with your insurance company to make sure you get the best possible coverage! About My Practice: I have carefully constructed a top-notch team of competent therapists, all of whom graduated from New York University's Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness Program. As a therapist and counselor/educator, I supervise every treatment plan for each and every patient who comes to see us. You are assigned a therapist that best fits your needs, based on your concerns and their expertise. Your treatment plan is reviewed and adjusted weekly under my supervision. Mission: Our mission is simple - to provide evidence-based treatment to help you resolve issues safely, confidently, & in the shortest amount of time.

You feel anxious or depressed? This place will only exacerbate it by a continues rescheduling, changing names and useless follow ups. Unprofessional.

What a breath of fresh air. Anthony was just the right mix of friendly, warm and challenging. He sees things that other therapists in my life have never seen or brought to my attention. He says he uses his relationship in the room with you to help you become aware of the way you interact with and impact people in your life. HELLO, where has this person been all my life? He's also a professor at NYU so he's obviously smart and knows his stuff. Definitely try him or anyone on his staff. I have a bunch of friends who see various people at the Soho Center and everyone loves this place (and I notice changes in all my friends) so I decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did. :)

Anthony and his team of therapists are fantastic! I've recommended this practice to several of my friends & each of us see a different therapist here, yet we all rant & rave equally about how amazing our therapist is! Caring, compassionate, yet motivational in getting our butts to make changes! Highly recommend skipping the not so great therapists out there & coming here instead. Worth every penny!
