Thoughtful psychiatric prescribing for anxiety, depression, postpartum care, women's mental health, mood disorders, PTSD and trauma, OCD, and more. We don't rush to a prescription — we take the time to understand what's going on first; we pride ourselves on true, attentive listening and our empathetic, non-judgmental care model. We get to know every detail you share and treat it with the utmost importance. Our philosophy is simple: start low, go slow. That means we begin with the lowest effective dose and adjust gradually, so your body has time to respond and we can watch for side effects together. You will never be prescribed something without understanding why — what it does, how it works, and what to watch for. Every medication conversation is collaborative. We explain potential side effects and interactions in plain language. We use e-prescribing so your medication goes straight to your pharmacy — no paper scripts to lose. *Please note we are not currently prescribing stimulants or benzodiazepines/controlled substances.* Regular follow-ups are built into your care plan so we can adjust dosing, check in on how you're feeling, and make sure the treatment is actually working for your life — not just on paper. *We are not currently accepting Medicaid/Medicare patient's at this time.
