Outside of her therapy practice, Ruth finds joy in the company of her sons and exploring various interests. She is passionate about literature, humor, art, and even pickle-ball! Nature holds a special place in her heart and inspires her on a spiritual level. As a certified Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing) guide, Ruth has personally experienced the incredible benefits that nature offers. Ruth is fluent in Spanish, having migrated from El Salvador to the United States at the age of 13 and lived in Spain for a significant period. Ruth holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hispanic Languages, Literature, and Culture, as well as a Master's in Social Work from Stony Brook University in NY.
