The Therapy Collective is a group of dedicated psychotherapists who approach mental health with a comprehensive understanding of human experience. For us, this means recognizing that you don't exist in isolation; your wellbeing is shaped by your relationships, community, and life experiences, and your emotional and physical health are deeply intertwined.
We are trained and licensed in foundational methods of psychotherapy and counseling and encompass a wide range of specialties and perspectives. We are also committed to an integrative approach that combines evidence-based therapeutic modalities with relational frameworks to provide comprehensive, personalized care that honors each client's unique needs and circumstances.
