The Violet Olive Counseling & Supervision

Lacy Dyke has dedicated her career to helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, resilience, and hope. She believes that meaningful change begins within a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Through a compassionate and collaborative approach, Lacy works alongside her clients to help them gain insight, develop practical coping skills, and create lasting positive change. Lacy is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) with more than 20 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She earned her Master of Marriage and Family Therapy degree from Abilene Christian University and has extensive experience in both educational and clinical settings. In addition to her private practice work, Lacy serves as a school counselor and provides clinical supervision to LPC Associates throughout Texas. Drawing from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and family systems perspectives, Lacy tailors treatment to meet the unique needs and goals of each client. She strives to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore challenges, build on their strengths, and work toward meaningful growth. Lacy has extensive experience helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, grief and loss, family conflict, parenting challenges, self-esteem issues, and adjustment difficulties. She is particularly passionate about supporting adolescents, young adults, parents, and families as they navigate the complexities of life, relationships, and personal development.
