To ensure a smooth visit, please follow these steps:
1. Confirm Your Appointment: as soon as possible after making your appointment: Call us at 202-342-1984 or 703-425-8616 to confirm your appointment. Our office hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM EST.
2. Bring Required Items: Please bring a hard copy of your up to date and active insurance card and a valid ID.
3. Payment: All Co-pays, deductibles, and/or co-insurance are due at the time of service, as required by your insurance company. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Apple Pay.
4. Stop Antihistamines: If possible, stop taking antihistamines (e.g., Allegra, Zyrtec, Xyzal, Claritin, Benadryl) 2–5 days before your appointment.
5. New Patient Forms: To expedite your visit, please complete our simple new patient paperwork available on our website www.watergateancmcleanallergy.com Be sure to print and bring a copy with you to your appointment.
6. Arrival Time: Arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
