The nurse didn’t see me, she declined my prenatal care…I was told once I made it to my appointment that she doesn’t specialize in that….I didn’t see her….I have to find another Dr/obgyn

I was in the waiting room an hour after my appointment time, then sitting in the room waiting for the doctor another hour. My appointment was scheduled at 11am I wasn’t leaving the office until 3:45. Wouldn’t recommend.

Mary Wilkerson is a very sweet and down to earth kind of person. She listened very well to me and answered all my health questions. She is also a Christian which I love alot. I would highly recommend her if you need a PCP!

I was disappointed that this provider didn’t take the time to ask me what I was dealing with, or intend to listen and provide any possible solutions. They didn’t even take my medical history. ? They ?obviously were rushed and only gave me about 10 minutes.

Treats you like a routine checkup, very quick to diagnose without thorough questioning. Impersonal. Was at the place for 3 hours total for 5 min talking. Only good thing was the cleanliness. Find another doctors’ office is what I’m doing.

Waited almost 2 hours to be told they do not prescribe the medication I need. They were very unprofessional, unapologetic, and blamed Zocdoc and new employees for their mistakes.

The staff and providers at this office are very kind people, however, all my experiences here have been unorganized. At my last visit, I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time for a yearly check-up. I waited 30 minutes in the waiting room and then 30 minutes in the exam room. I always expect a wait time at appointments, but an hour is a very long. I had another commitment, so I had to leave without being seen. When I let the front desk know I needed to leave, they said that my provider was with a new patient (who had arrived at the same time as me).
I have had other experiences at this office, such as redundant/unhelpful appointments, providers not being prepared to discuss test results or unknowleagble about certain health concerns, difficulty getting in touch to get my RX filled (they have a voicemail box that they say they check daily but I would never get responses). I gave them a year of chances, but sadly, I will not be returning.

My appt was with Mary, she’s very pleasant and makes sure you understand everything you need to know about your appointment. She’s gonna listen to all of your questions and concerns. I highly recommend her for your care.
