I think my therapist, Ashley has helped guide me through some of my darkest moments and emerge a new person. I have goals again. Losing my mom was the hardest thing I’ve ever dealt with and Ashley has shown me How to deal with my emotions and accept my mom’s passing. She has also helped in pretty much every branch of my life.
