The staff at Therapeutic Inspirations has been helping patients recover from a wide variety of muscle, joint and nerve pains and injuries in their Manhattan office since 2001.Alexandra Malkin MS, PT, and Jonathan Glasberg MA, DPT have brought their model of health care excellence to Westchester as well!

First few sessions I felt great about the exercises for a long term injury I've had. However, after weeks of attending there was no clear plan or timeframe on how I would improve. We would revert back to simple exercises I'd done in the first few sessions rather than progressing forward. When I'd ask how many more sessions I'd need, there was never a clear answer which I had never experienced with other PT's.

Do you have a minor injury? Then I would recommend Dr. Malkin. She yanked my chain for over 2 years, never gave me a long-term care plan as I requested multiple times. She takes a very zoomed-in approach to your rehabilitation, whereas most injuries need a holistic approach. I am seeing a different PT now and am finally seeing the results that Dr. Malkin never delivered on. She doesn't communicate well at all and I wouldn't recommend her if you're serious about your care. I feel like a fool for seeing her for so long.

I cannot say enough good things about Ali. Don’t bother to look for another PT. She’s who you want. She is intelligent, patient, and has an amazing bedside manner. I truly feel lucky I fell upon her.

Ally is the NICEST. I've had knee problems for years but they've recently been aggravated by an unfortunate laundry incident. Ally saw me quickly, took my history, assessed what was up with my wonky knees, and treated me efficiently and hilariously. She was approachable and funny and helpful and made me understand what was happening in a way that made total sense. I can't recommend her highly enough and I can't wait until my next visit!

Would recommend if you are of the age of 40+ I'm 23 and saw no progress after 2 months. In addition, they are unclear about billing for your co-pay. Sometimes they asked sometimes they didn't so make sure you are on top of it. Also, they billed me as if I didn't have insurance to try and get a bigger payout which is unprofessional.

My first visit today. I Liked Alexandra immediately. No BS, right to the point. Front desk very polite and the office was clean and painted in a beautiful yellow color. That's all I can say after the first time.
Looking forward to my next session.

Ali is AMAZING! Not only did she quickly relieve the pain in my back/neck but she also asked a TON of questions to pinpoint and diagnose what I may have been doing at home which was slowing my recovery. She makes herself available for any questions in between appointments and often checks in to see how you are feeling. I can’t say enough good things about her.

I love Ali so much! Went in for some microdiscectomy post op PT. Her bedside manner is top notch. I’ve never been a fan of physical therapy because I never felt that it really did anything, but with Ali I actually experienced results. I’d recommend her to absolutely anyone.

Alexandra is a great professional, I felt all the time that I was in good hands because she knows what she is doing when she treats you and you feel it.
The receptionists were nice and I waited 5 min as maximum.
I was there for a knee problem and I will be under trearment, after a couple of sesions more I will update this review.
Absolutely recommended!

My problem area did get better under her care. However, a few complaints. She sees so many patients at once. She'd bill my insurance for so many services and codes, often times things she had not even done for me. The billing department charged my card on file for slightly different amounts than the EOBs. She has a bit of a harsh personality and wants to get into your business. Eh.

Dr. Malkin was not only respectful, she was friendly and engaging. Her course of treatment really helped with my back and side problems, and she always kept me up to date on the progress we were making. She pushed me without making me feel awkward and she got to the root of the issues as opposed to just looking for the first thing to blame it on. If I ever need a PT again, I will go back! If you need a PT, I cannot recommend her enough!

She explained her processes and made me feel like I had her complete focus when she was with me, despite the fact that she had several other patients to attend to. I liked her a lot and I feel confident that her treatment will effectively heal my ankle. The office was clean and the staff was friendly, and it was a great experience.

Ali is great! She has really helped me through the phases of a stress fracture injury and is helping me get back to running safely. Everyone at the office has been really helpful and accommodating. Brian, another PT at the office, is great too. They have both talked me down when I was getting discouraged and kept me on the right track.

I will note thou, that the patient checkup rooms could use some renovating/decorating. They appear dingy and not very pleasant to wait in. Otherwise, the front desk and main equipment area is fine.
