Therapeutic Liberating Counseling
Everyone is an ideal client. I am here to help children, families, couples, and individuals from all walks of life. I believe in creating an environment where everyone feels heard and included. Not am I only there to be a listening ear and provide intervention, but to also have you as a co-pilot in your treatment. Collaboratively, we will decide on modalities of treatment.
My approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, trauma informed care, and mindfulness-based practices, to help clients manage symptoms, build coping strategies, and work toward lasting change. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their feelings, identify their strengths, and work toward lasting change.
Over the years, I’ve guided individuals through life's challenges, whether it’s helping a child navigate emotional struggles, supporting adults through life transitions, or assisting couples in improving communication and connection.
I work with clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, familial issues, and relationship issues. During our sessions, we will explore the issues and create a plan of action together. I'll be there to help you learn how to challenge your thoughts and feelings to achieve and maintain improvement.
I have experience helping adults, children, teens, families, and couples who are experiencing different stressors and crisis life throws at them. I'm a licensed clinical social worker in CO.
