Most relevant
Ms. Cowan helped me conquer some of the biggest hurdles in my life. From finishing college to moving, getting married, and starting a family, she’s been a constant source of support and guidance. She taught me accountability, boundaries, and how to recognize when I need a break. She was my first therapist, and together, we accomplished so much.
