I am a licensed clinical social worker with nearly 30 years of experience supporting adolescents and adults navigating trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, depression, addiction, and life transitions. My goal is to work with clients to gain insight, regulate stress responses, and strengthen coping skills. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and person-in-environment approach that considers how past experiences, current stressors, and relationships shape emotional well-being. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel respected, heard, and empowered. I integrate CBT, DBT and other evidence-based modalities, tailoring therapy to your individual needs.
