As a Certified Sex Addiction therapist candidate and Master Level Addictions Counselor I believe prioritizing mental health is key to happiness and stability in life. I’ve been practicing for 5 years and specialize in supporting people in Recovery from sex addiction/ pornography or Substance Use Disorders. I also treat general mental health disorders. I also take several insurances due to the goal of making therapy more accessible. I will provide space for you to share your unique story and we will come up with individualized goals. Once we decide to work together, I will act as a guide as in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way. I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals become a reality for you.
