My name is Sarah Blackburn and I'm a licensed mental health counselor, author, and owner of Therapy & Tattoos, llc. I am also a Certified Forensic Mental Health Evaluator. I have been in the field of mental health for a decade, and actively practicing since 2015. I graduated from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology Specializing in Forensic Psychology. The purpose behind Therapy & Tattoos is to signify that shift in identity humans have after major life events. Life can be unbelievably hard sometimes - I deeply understand this. The clients I'm currently accepting are for Forensic Evaluations (General, AODA/SUD and Psychosexual) or for short-term solution focused therapy. For example, those that are looking for brief therapy, 1-3 sessions, to work through a particular situation and learn interventions to utilize moving forward. I use a specialized Mental Health therapy online platform for our teletherapy sessions. You will be given your own unique link before the start of session on this HIPPA compliant, secure platform.
