My therapeutic practice is founded in Collectivism and includes working with individuals, families, couples, groups, and children. I specialize in trauma prevention, intervention, and processing where we heal from the dehumanizing effects of colonization, imperialism, state-sanctioned violence, and systemic oppression by utilizing expressive therapeutic tools such as Narrative, Art, Yoga, Plant Medicine, Play, Herbal Remedies, Visualization, Parts and Memory Therapy and Somatic Experiencing (SE). Together we decolonize everything mental health and heal holistically by reacquainting ourselves with body and earth’s medicine. We deconstruct layers of programming surrounding our mental health and heal Self, along the way. This is the space where everyone can heal.
