If you suffer from anxiety, stress, procrastination, depression, ADHD, mood swings, low self-esteem, or grief then you will receive the care you need. We also treat: Addiction / Substance Abuse , Adolescent / Teen Issues, Bereavement / Grief Counseling, Boundary Issues, Burnout, Men’s Mental Health, Panic Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) , Sleep Problems, Social Anxiety, Women’s Mental Health, Young Adult Issues, LGBT+ Issues

Dr. James is incredibly insightful and thoughtful. He is also extremely caring and compassionate. He’s willing to use traditional and not traditional methods of psychiatry.
