My name is Kattia Castilla. I am a licensed psychotherapist and founder of Therapy Helps. I have experience in treating a variety of mental health, including depression, anxiety, and trauma. With empathy, I collaborate with clients in creating a safe and trustworthy therapeutic environment appropriate for healing.
