Therapy in Mindfulness, LLC

At Therapy in Mindfulness, I help you reconnect with the truth that you are already whole. So often, we carry the belief that we are broken, not enough, or unworthy—and these beliefs shape how we treat ourselves and move through the world. We may struggle to ask for what we need, speak up for ourselves, or feel confident in our worth. Instead, we’re left with shame, anxiety, fear, and sadness, often distracting or soothing ourselves in ways that only bring temporary relief. This work offers a different way forward. Rather than trying to get rid of uncomfortable feelings, we slow down and turn toward them. Together, we explore your emotional world with curiosity and care—befriending your nervous system, your body, your inner child, and all parts of yourself. Transformation happens when we meet ourselves with compassion and recognition. In that space, new choices emerge. You begin to see yourself more clearly, not as broken or deficient, but as someone who’s always been worthy of love, clarity, and support. From there, real healing and change can begin.Therapy in Mindfulness, supports a different way of relating with yourself. Instead of trying to do things to get rid of bad feelings, we turn toward and get to know how you actually are feeling. It's about befriending yourself, your nervous system, your body, your inner child, your emotional world, and the whole of who you are. When we turn toward with recognition, acceptance, and a willingness to offer ourselves whatever it is that we find we may need, transformation happens. We see ourselves in a new but deeply validating way, recognizing how we've been getting in our own way and instead can start getting out of the way and truly showing up for ourselves
