My wait time was less than five minutes the staff were friendly and positive. The facilities were clean. The doctor was clear and explains everything to me.

I had a bizarre experience here. You go down several steps to get into the office which is pretty much in a basement. Steps wouldn’t be a problem but with a stroller it’s not ideal. Fox News was playing, and people were working out in the same room as the waiting room.
This appointment was for my baby. We waited 40 minutes which feels like a long time when you’re with a small child. When we met the doctor, we talked for 5 minutes, then he evaluated her for 5 minutes. Rather than rooms, there are curtains. She cried hysterically, which he said was normal but she’s not a crier and it felt traumatizing for us both. I do think crying is probably a normal part of PT for babies because you're forcing them to do things they don't want to do to build strength but it didn't feel kid friendly.
This might be a fine place to go for adults, but I would not recommend it for babies.
