Therapy Services

No one person is the same but it is our experiences that bring us together to connect, understand, and empathize. I have a passion for mental wellness and it is without hesitation that I enjoy working collaboratively with clients to live in the direction of what is most important to them. I have had the opportunity to walk alongside clients in various settings from the non profit sector assisting the Asian American community in New Orleans to hospital acute psychiatry with adolescents and working with adults experiencing substance use issues in a residential rehab/individual setting. These endeavors have allowed me to acquire skill in evidenced based modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and manualized therapies to treat trauma including Grief and Trauma Intervention and Cognitive Processing Therapy. My education takes me to multicultural settings where I spent time conducting research through the University of Alabama at Birmingham, acquiring my Bachelors in Sociology through Louisiana State University, and completing my Masters in Social Work at Southern University at New Orleans. While creating an inviting, welcoming, easy going, non judgmental space, I would like to assure a strong sense of professionalism and support.
