The appointment was booked a week in advance. She waited until the day of the appointment to inform me that she was not qualified to do the evaluation I needed instead of calling me prior to inform me. They had all my info and the reason for my visit in advance. Waist of time. She was also 10 minutes late to our visit.

I’m usually very skeptical on who I see as a therapist but after my appointment I am certain I will be seeing her for a very long time. She was very kind and didn’t make me feel judged for anything I had said. I have never felt so safe in a space like this. If you’re someone like me who struggles to open up and is nervous about finding a therapist, I would try speaking with Mary.

I will not note the session, but I will say that I cancelled the one appointment that I scheduled with him on the call with "therapy-unlocked" and later found out that he scheduled me perpetually indefinitely without my consent or awareness. I later called therapy-unlocked, having confused it with "Zocdoc" where I originally found this provider. When I called them, Therapy Unlocked told me over the phone that he booked me for the following month (without my awareness or consent), but that was also not the truth, as he had booked me from February to July of this year (also without my awareness or consent). The least malicious reason for this is that they outsource "Therapy-Unlocked" for the scheduling administration, however the lack of communication about scheduling these appointments and the fact that they were also not telling the full scope of appointments that were set concerns me. Cancelling my account was also obfuscated.

Jeffery is an excellent counselor. His delivery is very kind, and he helps you discover solutions and difficult truths in a gentle but direct way. I seriously cannot say enough good things about my experience, I highly recommend his services. The office is easy to work with, rescheduling and video call troubleshooting have both been a breeze.

I was in the virtual waiting room for 30 minutes and no one showed up and then the appointment link said that my session was expired. The doctor just never showed up but also didn’t cancel so that I knew not to wait.

I had a short 15-minute consultation for couple therapy, but since I was looking for offline sessions and he only offers online, we didn’t move forward. Still, in that brief time he made me feel very comfortable, listened carefully, and genuinely tried to understand my situation. He even asked me for some time so he could refer me to someone who fit my needs, and later followed up with thoughtful recommendations. Such a kind and considerate person — I truly appreciate his effort and professionalism.

The provider never showed. I am a nurse practitioner and could not fathom not showing up for my patients. Especially given this is for psychiatry and patients are in need and are depending on a provider who shows up to her appointments. I never received any message stating they were unable to show. I also drove an hour to see this prover. Very very disappointed. So unprofessional.
