✨READ ME BEFORE BOOKING✨ I am so glad you're considering working with me! I specialize in working with clients with anxiety disorders (including phobias), OCD, and chronic illness, but I have training and experience in many other areas including depression, ADHD, life transitions, and relationship issues. To put it shortly, I work with clients who are ready for real change. We will work together to create a custom tailored treatment plan unique to your goals, strengths, and preferences. The modalities I most commonly utilize are ACT, CBT, I-CBT, ERP, and Humanistic/Person Centered. PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING: - I do NOT offer medication management. For this, please search for a MD or NP. - I am ONLY able to see clients who are currently physically located in the state of California. - My session fee for individual therapy is $160/50 minutes - I do NOT accept insurance. If your plan offers out of network benefits, I am happy to provide you with a Superbill for you to submit, but cannot guarantee reimbursement. - Once you book a session, I will send you the required consent forms to your email through Sessions Health- please look for this and ensure it is completed before our session time.
