Therapy with Tayler
Hi! My name is Tayler Durham, and I'm an LPC-Associate under the supervision of Kathryn Stolle, LPC-S.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including behavioral difficulties, parenting concerns, family conflict, anxiety, depression, life transitions, processing trauma, and other challenges that make day-to-day life feel overwhelming. I work through a trauma-informed lens and utilize a combination of approaches depending on the needs of each client. My approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to identify and manage intense emotions, and Person-Centered Therapy (PCT) to create a space where you feel comfortable and have control over the direction of all sessions. My goal as a counselor is to provide a safe space where you feel respected, supported, and to walk alongside each of my clients at a pace that doesn’t leave them feeling judged or rushed. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming and scary, but you are capable of more than you think. You CAN do this! But you shouldn’t have to do it alone.
