I’m a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with 20-plus years of experience working with children, adolescents, families, and adults. Mental wellness is when you realize your abilities, cope with daily stressors, and productively and fruitfully engage in your life. Through psychotherapy, I would like to assist you in finding a more balanced life. As a practitioner, I have extensive experience working with individuals with trauma histories to heal.
