Theresa Mueller DDS
Dr. Mueller graduated from the New York University College of Dentistry and did her resident program and the Albert Einstein Medical Center.
Prior to beginning her private practice in 1984 she was an acting chairperson at the Cabrini Rehabilitative Medical Center, a Quality Assurance committee Review member at the Terence Cardinal Cooke Medical Center and an attending physical at the department of Oral Surgery at the Maimamonides Medical Center.
Currently seen as an expert in the field of Restorative and Cosmetic Dentistry she is a frequent consultant and guest lecturer.
Her M.A. in speech language pathology gives her special skills in creating smiles that not only look good but are in sync with the form and function of the mouth.
Her background and artistry in this area makes her smile makeovers a favorite among performing artists.

Dr Mueller and her staff squeezed me in for emergency treatment. Staff was extremely friendly and professional, as was Dr Mueller. Dr Mueller talked with me and explained everything she was going to do. She listens well, asks a lot of questions and makes good connection with the patient. She’s very thorough, professional and competent. I highly recommend her.

Incredibly demeaning, lots of yelling in the office between hygienists and dentists. When taking my X-rays, the hygienist rolled her eyes, sighed and was visibly annoyed when I didn’t understand what she was asking. The dentist did NOT correctly wear her mask during Covid times and during the close contact we had in the office. She also gave unsolicited advice on the appearance of my teeth and suggested I buy veneers without my prompting. I’ve never had a worse experience with healthcare professionals. I see why people are afraid to go to the dentist- if that’s you, stay far away from here.

I was very pleased. The office, staff & Dr Mueller were following exactly the Covid 19 guidelines.
This was my first visit to Dr Mueller and there were very complete forms with questions about my health etc. X-rays were made of all my teeth so that she would be fully aware of the condition of my teeth and mouth, After examining my X-rays and my mouth she told me of various conditions that exist but said they were not severe enough to warrant any treatment.
Dr Mueller herself cleaned my teeth. She was very careful and very concerned that I not experience any pain. I will definitely use her as my dentist.

Dr. Mueller saw me for an emergency visit and couldn't have made it less painless. It was a great experience, I was seen quickly, had an emergency cavity filled and have already made a follow up appointment for a cleaning! Very professional and took the time to explain to me what she was doing. Also, the most painless cavity filling I've ever had.
