Think Big Therapy

Think Big Therapy is a private psychotherapy practice based in Miami Beach, offering thoughtful, individualized care for adults navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, burnout, and life transitions. The practice is especially suited for high-achieving professionals and women who appear capable and successful on the outside, yet feel internally stretched, stuck, or disconnected. My approach is relational, insight-oriented, and trauma-informed. I believe that many emotional patterns—such as chronic stress, perfectionism, difficulty slowing down, or feeling emotionally reactive—are shaped by earlier experiences and long-standing beliefs about responsibility, safety, and self-worth. Therapy is a space to explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion, rather than judgment. Sessions are tailored to each individual and may include a combination of reflective dialogue, skill-building, emotional processing, and nervous system regulation. Some sessions focus on insight and understanding, while others are more experiential or goal-oriented. The work is flexible, responsive, and grounded in what is most supportive for the client at that moment. Think Big Therapy values depth, clarity, and meaningful change. The goal is not to eliminate stress entirely, but to help clients relate to their inner experiences differently—developing greater emotional resilience, self-trust, and a stronger sense of agency in their lives. Therapy here is not about “fixing” what’s wrong, but about helping clients feel more connected, grounded, and empowered as they move forward.
