Now I know I said she's an incredible person to talk to but she's an amazing listener and I would love to send her five stars and I'd recommend anybody that has issues in life she's a good person to listen to and I could learn a lot from my therapist.

I entered the virtual waiting room ten minutes before my appointment. The provider never showed up. I waited forty minutes into my appointment time, tried to call and was sent to voicemail, and sent a report through the zocdoc profile. I never met with the provider, was not sent any messages prior to the appointment, and have not received any since the appointment.

Despite them sending me about 15 messages prior to my appointment, nobody showed up the day of my appointment. ? no one answered the phone when I called . And then a whole business day later no one has returned my call. This was for a mental health appointment. Not impressed. ?
