Welcome to my practice! I'm devoted to helping women 35 and older navigate perimenopause and menopause with confidence, energy, and clarity. Most women enter this stage of life with frustration: weight gain that doesn’t budge, energy crashes that hit mid-afternoon, nights of restless sleep, and digestive issues that seem to appear out of nowhere. These are signs of a body whose hormones, metabolism, and gut health are out of sync. My job is to help you bring them back into rhythm. My Approach I practice evidence-based Nutrition, a root-cause method that looks far beyond calories or willpower. Together we explore how your hormones, metabolism, gut microbiome, and stress response interact and influence one another. The goal is to relief your symptoms by giving your body a full recalibration. Every plan I create is personalized and based on data. We use advanced testing when needed to uncover issues such as hormonal imbalances and gut issues. Once we know the “why,” we can design a clear nutrition and lifestyle plan that fits your daily reality and yields lasting results. What Makes This Practice Unique Perimenopause and menopause expertise: I specialize exclusively in the metabolic and hormonal shifts that occur from the late 30s through the 50s and 60s. My approach combines the precision of medical nutrition therapy with the sustainability of real-world coaching. How I Work With Clients Our work typically begins with a comprehensive assessment, including nutrition analysis, health history, and, when appropriate, lab testing. From there, we design a phased plan. I provide meal guidance, food-logging support, supplement review, and realistic strategies that integrate into your schedule (not the other way around). Most clients notice increased energy, better sleep, and improved digestion within a few weeks, followed by steady body-composition changes and mental clarity as hormones stabilize.
