They didn’t even know I was coming and had no clue how to pull my information or the forms I filled out
Filthy dirty. The doctors hands were filthy and he used his filthy nail to pry open my eyelids
Dr John is great, he explained everything in detail and answered all questions asked

He’s a great doctor, with a few great team members. Service is slow and communication is minimal from supporting staff.
Excellent staff really helped me with the scheduling, insurance, and kept me informed about the process throughout
My experience were great. The doctor were very detailed.

I really like the doctor. Wait time was over 1 hour to get in the exam room to see hiim, but it was worth it.

Even with the long wait time, I would recommend Dr. John to a friend. He has an excellent bedside manner.

The office visit was long and my previous filled out forms were not used.

I spent more time in the waiting room than talking with the Dr. and the exam
The dr. Was great. The waiting room was low tech and somewhat awkward.

I have been a patient for over 14 years. My sister is the one that suggested that I see him,she still sees him now. I feel that he is a excellent doctor that listens, and handle all your concerns. I have recommended several people to him.

The office itself seems rundown and old, in need of a remodel but I went there for the experience and expertise of the doctor and not the office
Verified patient
Great doctor with a fantastic support staff.

I would never go back there. The doctor was extremely rude, impatient, redirected questions I asked back to me without addressing it and rushed me out. I feel like it was a waste of my time. They need to treat patients with courtesy and respect.

I thought doctor said he is going to send the proscription to pharmacy and I didn’t get any…and they never answered my call or called me back
This is one of the only eye doctors that’ll accept my insurance (on ZocDoc). So I go faithfully, but begrudgingly. I know it’s a long wait. I know there will be little communication. I know I have to ask a ton of questions about procedures or processes because no one is volunteering the info. They’ll get the job done, though, and that’s all I can currently afford.
I was pleased with the wait time. I was seen soon after checking in. I was also pleased with how the info about my condition was explained. I felt at ease with the entire experience.

Waited an hour and a half to be seen by the doctor for 5 minutes. He was fine. The staff was bickering in the front. Very unprofessional. They did not seem aware of my appointment and were very disorganized. Wouldn’t go back. And the office was very run down.
Heat eye doctor! Would recommend to people!

The staff and Dr. Thomas John were professional - I was very impressed with everything and felt great about being in great hands with them ?? -Roxann-
Very long wait time and not socially distant
Verified patient
As I came into the office the stressful want friendly and they treated me as if I wasn't even there and served others before me and didn't even ask if they could help me. They asked others that came in after me if they could help them but not me, I felt as though they were just ignoring me so I just left. I'm a 63 year old man and was just treated like I didn't exist.

My experience was horrible the staff at the front desk were very supportive but the doctor was horrible and didn’t listen at all.

Overall would not come back. The receptionist were nice and helpful, but the two doctors I saw didn’t really seem to care. In facts the second the doctor didn’t even try to explain what was going on, simply looked at my eye, said there’s some inflammation and walked out after telling me to grab my prescription and come back in a week. Not bad doctors, but I personally didn’t feel as though they cared too much.
Went in no social distancing in waiting area
well it was my first time there the staff was very nice.. i did not see much wiping down things after each patient. also the wait time was horrible.

It was my last!! Trouble
I waiting for an hour just for his receptionist to show up. Then another 45 minutes for him to show up. I spent a total of 10 minutes with him, and when we finished I had other questions all he just said “I’m done”.
