Sean was absolutely AMAZING. I felt like a member of the family treated with love, care, and compassion. Each member of the team helped me supported me and made me feel like one of a kind. I would definitely recommend this amazing practice. I was in so much pain and immediately I was assessed and the doctors and nurses went straight to work. I will never forget each of you. Fantastic, friendly, smart office with great front desk personnel who helped me understand and use my insurance benefits. The clinical team is amazing, patient and they are constructing a manageable treatment plan for me which includes some orthodontics. There is an in-house lab that provides great convenience in addition to the office location downtown.

Dr. Wall and his entire staff are excellent. Dr. Wall is very professional, and does a great job explaining to me what he is doing (showing me scans and explaining them, telling me what he is doing as he drills a cavity). Shank, who is in charge of billing, is wonderful and has helped me a lot in figuring out how to schedule appointments to get the most out of my dental insurance and avoid paying too much out of pocket. I have been to many appointments with Dr. Wall since my initial dental cleaning appointment, and have always enjoyed my experiences.

I was seen with in a couple minutes of arriving. The hygienist, Angie, was amazing - thorough, efficient, and a genuinely friendly person. I saw Dr. Wall briefly (long enough to determine I needed a follow-up, as I suspected) and he was also extremely friendly and efficient, explaining everything as he went along. I should also note that Shank at the front desk has the same qualities.

Dr. Wall and his staff are very professional and accommodating. Like most procrastinators, I waited for the very last minute to get dental work done because I had a flexible spending account that I needed to use. They were able to get me in and help me maximize my insurance so I didn't have a financial burden. I'm so happy to have found a new dentist.

The customer service was Grade A; however I don't trust what happened at my first visit as a new patient. I was there for an oral exam that is 100% covered by my insurance. The hygienist (Angie) brought me to her area and immediately took ex-rays of my bitewings and then proceeded with cleaning my teeth. After she finished cleaning them maybe 15 minutes- an office administrator (Shank) comes in and tells me about what I thought was a future visit for a deep cleaning and informed me that the procedure was only covered by 80%. I asked him to clarify what procedure and he said, “a gross debridement”, I was slightly confused why the term debridement was used during a routine oral cleaning and asked Angie a lot of questions, including why an oral exam is broken into 2 appointments instead of one. She explained that the office does it this way because it is more detailed than what most offices provided for its customers. I explained to the hygienist that I have been going to the dentist for 35 years and that felt exactly like a basic teeth cleaning and why was the term debridement used. Her explanation was very unclear. As a result I had to pay out of pocket for a “teeth cleaning” and I cannot express how annoyed I am that 1. The service was performed before I knew there would be an additional charge. 2. The service that I received was not a full mouth debridement but a general cleaning. I paid and left and upon further research, I found that a full debridement is a rare situation, and is viable when a client’s teeth are covered with so much calculus is visibly noticeable a full evaluation of the teeth cannot be assessed. I have straight white teeth, and am always being complimented on how great my teeth look. I am positive my teeth condition did not constitute the use of this code, and I was overcharged for a basic cleaning. I have a follow-up appointment scheduled but feel very uncomfortable about visiting this office again. I hope this review helps anyone looking for a dentist. Great service is important, but honesty and integrity weighs more for me.

Great reception staff that immediately made sure my paperwork was in order. I immediately went into the room where my hygienist checked X-rays, cleaned my teeth, and gave me education on my teeth and their condition , without sounding belittling. Dr. Wall then came in, friendly and open. He discussed the condition of my teeth and gave a realistic plan. He coached me through everything he was doing, even the tools he was using. My one helper at the front desk was following my dental benefits to a T to make sure everything medically planned was covered by my insurance. He personally called my insurance and set up the proper procedures on a timeline that was financially friendly for a payment plan! Great team.

Dr. Wall has been our family dentist for over 25 years. Our two adult children return from California periodically to visit his office. What makes him great is that he is passionate about dentistry, and this translates into outstanding advice and treatment for us. Still, when he is sure about what should be done, he presents his conclusion and eventual options to the patient and carefully considers the response. He and his staff also offer advice about our dental habits in a way that we feel is helpful rather than overbearing. Last but not least, the administrative staff makes us feel like we are apart of the family. Even though it is an hour's drive for us to get to the office in DC, we would not consider going to another dentist.

I started coming to Dr. Wall in 2013 for an abcess in one of my molars. He discovered a bad infection which resulted in an implant. I moved away from the DC area but continue my treatment plan with Dr. Wall because he is so thorough and precise. He digitally documents everything so I know what's going on during treatment. I live in the VA beach area now but I still travel to see Dr. Wall and his hygenist (Argie).

I always feel like I'm being well cared for. This extends not only from the service of Dr Wall but from his whole dental and office staff. Like a lot of folks I hate visiting a dental office but they always put me at ease. I've been coming to Dr Wall for 30+ years and have always received excellent dental care.
