I had a good first time appointment. I only waited about 10 minutes to be seen by the doctor. I felt the doctor explained everything very clearly. The office staff were helpful to me while I selected frames for my eye glasses and explained what was and wasn't covered by my insurance.

The ZocDoc experience was not great. Everything I did on here didn't go through to the provider. They treated me like a new patient, which I am not. None of the info I provided here, along with insurance information, went through. This service needs some updates!
The provider did what they could in the circumstances. Ladies at the desk were confused, but helpful. And the doctor was to the point and got the job done.

Everyone was great, my appointment was quick and easy, and they are affordable and clear about pricing when you ask. They may not have quite as many designer options for frames as some other more expensive places but they do carry a good range of them and definitely have cute and trendy frames for good prices.

Easy experience, with minimal wait. Exam was quick and insurance paid for more than I expected. Everyone treated me like an intelligent person, and efficiency felt centered on quality/necessity rather than hurry. Clean and relaxed space. What I can't speak to is the quality of the prescription, because I don't have glasses yet.
