I recently had my first therapy session with Ashley Perez, and I can honestly say I wish I had started this process years ago. I had put off seeing a therapist for a long time because the idea felt daunting, but Ashley made the entire experience comfortable, approachable, and genuinely meaningful.
From the moment our session began, she created a safe and welcoming environment where I felt heard and understood. She guided the conversation with compassion, clarity, and zero judgment, which made it easy to open up, something I didn’t expect as a first-timer.
What stood out most is how natural everything felt. Ashley helped me gain insights right away, and it’s clear she truly cares about her clients’ well-being. Walking out of that session, I felt lighter, supported, and grateful that I finally took this step.
