This office provides the best customer service. All staff are attentive professional and make a visit to the dentist more like a pleasure than a pain. It is incredible how amazing this experience is. I was petrified of the dentist visits in the past and even avoided it at all cost. The doctors communicate well and share practical information in a way that leave you no alternative but to be proactive about your health.

Dr. Alla Hart was very pleasant. I went in for a regular checkup and cleaning. An assistant did majority of the work, he took scans and polished my teeth. Dr. Hart came in for the last 5 minutes to check my gums and answered all my dental questions.

I made a late morning appointment and Dr. Hart saw me right away. Went in for fillings and it only took 15 minutes! Dr. Hart is a knowledegable dentist and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I would highly recommend!

She uses the cavitron and gives a very throroug cleaning with a light touch.
She's the only dentist I've been to where I'm not writhing in pain from a cleaning.

I am a physician; I visited Dr. Hart for a routine dental checkup and 6-monthly cleaning. I was reluctant for dental X-rays, but I had no choice as if I have to get them done, regardless of whether I want them or not. Edges of the mouthpiece for the dental X-ray was hurting. I requested her to look at my palate and the abrasion caused due to the X-ray mouthpiece, but she did not even look at it.
At least the X-ray tech was kind enough to offer a smaller mouthpiece, which was less hurtful but still had rough edges.
When I tried to address this with Dr. Hart, she said with resentment "what do you expect me to do; this is the new machine part I have got." No sorry, not even acknowledgment of the fact that her machine gave me pain and abrasion for dental X-rays which I did not need and was forced on me in the name of a routine procedure.
I have never experienced such pain and discomfort ever in my previous 5-6 dental X-rays during a routine visit to other dentists. Her front desk made sure that my earlier dentist emails my dental X-ray to her and at the time of my evaluation Dr. Hart did not even care to look at my old X-ray, neither did the front desk bothered to share it with her. I had to ask, if she found anything different from my old X-ray, then she said: " I don't have your old X-ray." So much of disconnect; one provider office and she is not aware that her staff has my X-ray and she is supposed to pull it up for her, that two from her email sent two days ago.
I emailed her requesting a copy of my dental X-rays, neither she replied nor her staff. The front desk staff is a sweet talker, but neither did she shared my X-ray with the provider until I asked and nor have I heard back from her despite both my email and verbal request for my dental X-rays.
I am a physician, working with patients and HIPPA on a daily basis, and still, she refused to share my information with me in the name of HIPPA. I am shocked, what they do to regular patients.

Dr. Hart is a kind, lovely person and a very professional, competent dentist.
Years prior to being a patient of Dr. Hart, the procedure I'd dread was a cleaning with the cavitron. It was agonizingly painful.
When Dr. Hart performs this procedure, I feel absolutely no pain.

The person at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. Dr Hart did my cleaning quickly and recommended next steps (come back for cavities, ask for info on invisilign, etc). Though she didn't go into deep explanations, she offered information when prompted. I'll likely go back because of how prompt and convenient the location is.
