Dr. Karen Nadel provides telehealth psychotherapy services. She works with adults, teens, and families. Dr. Nadel treats a range pf psychological issues including anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, grief, life transitions, insomnia and other sleep issues.
*Dr. Nadel does not prescribe medication.
*You must be enrolled in a minimum of 4 weeks of sessions to obtain any evaluation paperwork for work or school.
*You must confirm your appointment with Dr. Nadel within 24 hours of making the appointment in order to keep it.

My 15 year old child greatly benefited from meeting with Dr. Nadel. She is a great resource for the whole family to understand the issues that are contributing to our childs mental health. She meets with our daughter, and if needed we also do family thearpy with her.
