Because when you're ready for help, you shouldn't have to wait. - - - IMPORTANT: Thriveworks cannot provide services to clients with Medicaid coverage. If you have Medicaid, please contact your plan directly to find an in-network provider. - - - AFTER YOU BOOK: Thriveworks will verify your insurance benefits after you book through Zocdoc. If we can't complete verification before your visit, you'll be charged our self-pay rate for that intake session, which ranges from $200 to $375. To avoid cancellation or being switched to self-pay, complete these steps after booking: 1) Create your Thriveworks account. You'll receive an email with instructions to set up your account, sign consent forms, and add a valid credit card. This card will be automatically charged for any copays, fees, post-insurance balances, and self-pay amounts for all appointments. 2) Upload your insurance card (if using insurance). In your account, upload clear photos of the front and back of your insurance card. 3) Expect a confirmation call from our team to confirm your information and answer questions. - - - CANCELLATION POLICY: Please provide 48 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule your session to avoid the late cancellation fee of $135. - - - MEDICATION PRESCRIBING: Thriveworks providers do not prescribe opioid use disorder medications, weight-loss medications, injectable psychiatric medications, long-term benzodiazepines, or sleep medications, though these may be prescribed short-term for existing clients when clinically appropriate. Controlled substances, including ADHD stimulants, are available only in select states.
