I’ve been seeing Dr Alexandrov for over 5 years for my lower back pain. I always feel better when I get the shot in my back. I love that he’s not one of these doctors that beat around the bush or sugarcoat things. I’ve recommended him to few family members which all have been satisfied with his work.

Shortly after I walked in, a patient came who apparently was in absolute agony. This elderly woman and her daughter waited almost 2 hours as I did to be seen despite the woman melting into the chair like a Salvador Dali painting. The woman was the picture of an emergency!!. Despite that, the office staff and the doctor saw this elderly woman waiting in agony and no one acknowledge her until it was her turn. She was called in and the doctor called an ambulance and she was carted away. When the doctor finally saw my mother, his behavior was one of extreme boredom, apathy and disinterest. He looked like he would rather walk on glass while having his teeth pulled than be there seeing patients. Maybe the doctor is jaded because he’s had to deal with too many patients who are there for opiates because of drug problems. However there are people who genuinely need his help such as the elderly who are in intractable arthritic pain. They are deserving of someone who is going to give them attention and empathy but this place is not it. We will not return.

Ugh this doctor and majority of his staff are horrible with the exception of 2 women nurse. He won't give me my medical records from coming to him and hr does not care. He says he's a jokester but it comes off as rude to my husband and I. He's a rude doctor very much rude

My husband and I are being seen by this doctor and Alexandeov is very rude and disrespectful.. very nasty.. does not care.. treats his patients and staff like crap and they are so afraid if him it's sad how bad he talked to my husband and I my husband's comment is on here as well.. my husband is now being seen by a different doctor because he was so badly disrespected.

I went to the doctor because I am experiencing significant post-surgical pain related to the removal of approximately 10 lymph nodes. I said that I hoped to receive a compression sleeve for the arm and that I was interested in any other pain management strategies he might advise and the doctor became extremely rude. He said something to the effect of, "Of course you are in pain, you need to be in physical therapy." I would have liked someone to suggest ways to manage the pain and perhaps provide me with the proper medication for the days when the pain is too much for me to write on the blackboard for my students, but I left the office without finishing the appointment because I was already in pain and feeling vulnerable and the doctor made me feel worse.
