I am already exhausted and put in the chat option that I wanted some tlc with this first appointment, not that it was required, but to get an email- not from my therapist, and to have not had my appointment although zocdoc still had it was honestly a letdown. I went down to a coffee shop and waited on time with zero response and could not reach them with the phone number listed.

I loved her, definitely better than my last online psychiatrist. After one visit I feel comfortable enough to tell her anything! She listened and helped me figure out tweaks to my medication, after one session!

Iam so disappointed I waited a whole two hours and she never responded to me. Very disappointed. I picked her because she had five stars why she could have at least said something came up. Can we reschedule of something she messed my whole day up. I had tears in my eyes for this lady to have five stars and not reach out to me by email.

I really enjoyed speaking with Olivia Davis. She explained her methodology well to give some background and asked me questions that felt more than relevant to the care plan I would be receiving. I didn't feel rushed or spoken over at any point in the appointment and like my feelings/experiences were taken seriously and heard. I would definitely recommend and I am so relieved to have a practicioner that cares.
