Tides of Connection Therapy LLC

My telehealth practice is centered around helping my clients work through life challenges and find a greater sense of joy and purpose. I am a Psychotherapist, Art Therapist and busy Mom. I provide integrated care, including EMDR. My interests include, creating art, getting out in nature, yoga and time with my dogs & family. Ultimately, my clients can expect to gain a greater sense of self-compassion, stronger mental health, and an enhanced sense of purpose. I am an experienced counselor with 20 yrs of accumulated experience providing support to individuals, couples, and families dealing with social, emotional, relational, and behavioral challenges. I am a dynamic therapist with a keen ability to identify issues and employ an integrative treatment approach; devoted to delivering high-quality and impactful care.
