They called me to let me know my insurance wasn’t accepted so the appointment was canceled

Interaction with the actual doctor/dentist was extremely brief and rushed. Felt like a squeeze in. Then nurse came back after with the craziest bill and told me it’s going to be expensive anywhere I go.

Dr. Howard was the third of the three estimates I obtained for the work to be done : replace a worn out appliance with a new one. He was the one who understood what I wanted and why. It’s been a while since I looked forward to a dental appointment.
