Dr. Nolasco and Nelson at the front desk were great! Efficient, kind, and very helpful.

I want to start by saying that the staff was very friendly + polite. However, the office itself looked and felt unclean and like it wasn't properly cared for, and left me extremely concerned about the cleanliness of the tools being used. While Dr. Nolasco was very friendly, the whole appointment felt rushed (despite me being the only patient there). The x-ray tool put between my teeth was forced into a position that left it cutting the floor of my mouth, and even though I expressed being in pain, there was no attempt to find a new position for it or to even ask if I needed a few seconds to adjust. The cleaning was done so aggressively that I left with a throbbing pain in my gums (that was never there before), and my hair and the collar of my shirt were soaked from the water pick - and no, I wasn't moving around or trying to talk with tools in my mouth, at all. Overall, really nice staff - but poor treatment.
