I was impressed with my experience at Dr. Carter’s office. Scheduling an appointment was easy, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. I was seen right away. Dr. Carter was efficient but never rushed, addressing all my concerns thoroughly. His attention to detail made all the difference. The entire staff, from the receptionist to the dental hygienist, was welcoming and helpful. I felt I was in great hands from start to finish.

Dr. Carter and the team at Timeless Smiles Cosmetic & Family Dentistry were exceptional. I was especially impressed by the gentle cleaning technique, clear explanation of my treatment plan, and friendly staff. I felt completely at ease, and they answered all my questions thoroughly. I'm very happy with the results of my procedure and would highly recommend them to anyone!

From the moment I walked into Timeless Smiles, I knew I was in the right place! The entire staff — Meilyn, Sarah, Daniel, and Lasheena — were so knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly friendly. They guided me through every step and made sure I felt comfortable with all the requirements for my visit.
A special thank you to Daniel and Lasheena for being so caring and gentle while examining me and cleaning my teeth — they truly put me at ease. And then there’s Dr. Itamar Carter… absolutely amazing! I came in feeling very nervous, but after meeting him and experiencing the support of his outstanding team, my nerves melted away and I left completely confident that I was in the best hands.

I was very reluctant to visit this dentist office do to my fear. I was visiting NY and had really bad tooth pain and my face began to swell, therefore I needed to schedule an emergency visit. The office staff had excellent customer service and the dentist had excellent bedside manner.

Dr. Carter and his team provided the best service, they were compassionate, and had great communication skills. My experience was great! I went in feeling scared due to amount of problems I have with my teeth and fear pain and I came out very happy. Dr. Carter was able to address each issue with his skills and attention to details. Dr. Carter provided an outstanding experience. He’s not only an excellent dentist but also a genuinely attentive and kind. Not to mention his office is CLEAN.
