He called in a different med than was I was expecting. He did call it in to the pharmacy I originally asked for but they don't take my insurance. That wasn't his fault but I messaged and called back and they said they'd fix it and so far nothing. I don't want insurance to pay for something I never received! Maybe they'll fix it today? If not, I'm reporting!

I was able to get a next day appointment, which I really appreciated. She was a little late joining the call, and my prescriptions were not sent in immediately after the appointment, which made me a bit concerned since my pharmacy can be slow to fill medications (not on her at all). However, her bedside manner is excellent. She is very kind, understanding, and easy to talk to. Overall, I would consider going back.
