I believe in gradual habit and behavior change. Change takes time and consistency to be lasting. In your first session, we will perform an assessment to understand your issues and goals. Then we'll create a personalized plan to work towards your goals so that you feel better and more like yourself again. With 9 years working as a dietitian, I take into account each client and their specific health concerns, struggles, and preferences to tailor an individualized plan for you. I am licensed in Florida, Alabama and Arkansas, but can see clients in many other states.
